The scope of the journal\u2019s topics include; acoustics, construction, construction management, controls, electrical engineering and systems, indoor environmental quality, lighting and daylighting, mechanical engineering and systems, rehabilitation of existing structures, structural assessment, structural engineering, and sustainable construction\/design, in the context of building systems engineering. Innovative and multi-disciplinary studies promoting an integrated approach to planning, design, construction and operation of buildings are especially encouraged.
