It accepts original papers, reviews and communications concerns about all fields of civil engineering including but not limited to: environmental engineering, forensic engineering, geotechnical engineering, earthquake engineering, survey and geo-spatial engineering, water resources engineering, petroleum engineering, coastal and harbor engineering, construction engineering, structural engineering, materials science and engineering, municipal or urban engineering, tunnel engineering, control engineering, transportation engineering and engineering and economy. The length of papers is not restricted so that the experimental and methodical details can be presented.
