UHPCs are generally characterized by extremely high compressive strength of more than 150 MPa, high tensile strength exceeding 15 MPa, and tensile strain capacity higher than 0.5%. For popular practical application of UHPCs, it is now urgent to develop a suitable classification system for various UHPCs and design code for the structures made by UHPCs.
